Behold, Luke's new room decor! I completely blame Ina for this one. *She's* the one who posted this link to the X-Wing bedding on my Facebook wall. (Note also the awesome Millennium Falcon bedding, though I can't quite bring myself to buy it for the master bedroom or guest room.) I'm sure she was shopping for baby bedding for her impending (any day now!) little bundle, and she just *had* to share when she found this. I knew when I saw it that we had to have it. Expensive, but worth it. Thanks, Ina!
We unveiled it in the morning before his birthday party (to give as little time to attract cat fur as possible before guests arrived). He loved it! Here are some details (just zooming in on various parts of the above photo; sorry for the quality of some of it).

And I did buy one set of sheets, but he won't be sleeping on them. We put the fitted sheet over the box spring, just in case the mattress peeks out from under the quilt, and I hung the flat sheet from the curtain rod.
He really loves it, which is what matters, and I'm hoping the fact that it isn't cartoon-based like the other set will let it last a few more years. I'm sure Star Wars will become uncool to him at some point, but for now, he loves it, and so do we.
