MIL continuing to improve

I wanted to give another quick MIL update. She is continuing to improve, though she is still in the hospital. My parents say she is dramatically better than she was when she arrived at the hospital in Brunswick (which my husband says was dramatically better than when he first saw her). They hope she can go home this coming weekend. She teaches high school and was set to retire at the end of the year. Sadly (or perhaps gladly), she will not be able to return to the classroom before the end of the year; she has taught her last high school class. She still has a long way to go to be fully healed and well, but she is finally on her way.

Thank you all for your continued concern, good thoughts, well wishes, and prayers!

Currently feeling: finally over the worst of it (we hope)
