Two-faced weather

I hate running the heat and the air conditioner on the same day! But it's been that way for nearly a week now. Lows in the 30s, highs near 80. (That's 2-ish to 27, for my C scale friends.) Doesn't give us much choice, unless we want to freeze downstairs in the mornings or swelter upstairs while trying to sleep.
