Yes, when you aren't working or doing anything else even remotely useful, you *can* read a full hardback Gabaldon book in less than a week. Try four days, in fact! I really thought it would take at least a week to read An Echo in the Bone, maybe 10 days, but I couldn't really put it down. That was a nice surprise, actually, since the last 2-3 books haven't been nearly as enjoyable to me. This one, though, I found quite excellent. Ready for the next one! Shouldn't be too long now, by the end of the year, I think.
